My name is Tommy Kodel. I'm an independent gospel hip-hop artist and music mentor, who helps new artists create and distribute their own music, cutting away hours of trial and error.
My music career started when my brother moved to Japan over a decade ago and left me with a few pieces of recording equipment I had no idea how to use. Since then, I invested countless hours and dollars into building my own home studio, releasing music, and learning how to record and produce on my own.
Now that I've dropped an album and plenty of singles, traveled the country performing live on dozens of platforms, and learned the complex backend of the music industry, my desire is to raise up new artists to help them avoid the same mistakes I made in my early years as an artist.
